Program Designer


POSITION DUTIES
Aligning partnerships with broader objectives, constructing detailed work plans for rolling out curriculum programming with partners, managing teams, achieving key milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders. Planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the cycle of deploying a curriculum program at a partner school or organization. Ensure all partnership programs are deployed on time within the stipulated scope. Ensure resource availability and allocation to protect the continuity of the partnership. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the curriculum program. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation of curriculum programs. Manage relationships between staff, partners, and stakeholders. Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum program documentation during deployment. May telecommute 50-100% of the time. Must be willing to travel domestically 12% of the year and internationally 3% of the year.

POSITION REQUIRMENTS
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or a related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation involving curriculum management experience in a design environment, including but not limited to an architecture practice or research lab and proficiency in digital modeling software such as Rhinoceros. Must be willing to travel domestically 12% of the year and internationally 3% of the year.

RATE OF PAY
$65,208-$95,000 per year
