We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Admissions Director for our small independent secondary school. The Admissions Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our school to prospective students and families. Additionally, this position will manage the admissions process, ensuring that all applicants are properly evaluated and accepted in accordance with our school's admissions standards.The Director will be responsible for the school’s enrollment planning, focusing on recruitment, admission, financial aid, retention, and related data accumulation and analysis. Based on NuVu's mission and values, the Director will develop and maintain a thoughtful and intentional strategy for attracting families to the school. The Director of Admissions is a non-exempt, full-time position with a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, and it comes with the school’s strong health care and retirement benefits. The Director reports to the CEO.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, goal-oriented admissions professional who enjoys building relationships and working in a competitive admissions landscape. An exceptional communicator and listener, the Admissions Director will possess a recruiter’s mindset, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach to working with families, educational consultants, colleagues, and key stakeholders. The Director will understand how to develop an outreach program that educates the marketplace about the value proposition of the school’s diverse offerings. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with talented colleagues who put students first.

Compensation + Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package including 6+ weeks of paid time off.
